Refund policy

• We accept exchange and refund within 14 days from order delivery to the customer.
• The item/s needed to be exchanged or refunded should be in the same condition as how it was delivered to the customer.
• In the case of a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total value of the item(s), unless there is a defect in the product or we have sent the wrong model/size that the customer selected.
• Refund process takes 10 working days.
• In case of exchange the customer will pay for delivery fees for the exchange shipment ,  unless there was a defect in the product or we have sent a wrong model/size than what the customer has chosen , then We "Kin" will pay for the exchange shipment delivery fees.
